Refund policy

30-day returns. If the mount isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery in its original condition for a full refund of the purchase price. Email support@cnpmotive.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label; the label cost is deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error. The Apple MagSafe Charger must be returned unused with the mount for a full refund. Refunds post to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

 

Warranty: One-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. Covers cracking, deformation, or loss of fit under normal in-vehicle use. Does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or accident. The Apple MagSafe Charger is covered by Apple's own one-year limited warranty.
