I've tried a few different phone mount solutions for the R2, and this is the best overall!

Other mounts try to squeeze your phone into the space next to or behind the steering wheel, but the steering wheel always ends up blocking the screen and getting in the way. This mount keeps your phone fully visible and within reach, which is perfect for using Waze or pulling up a podcast in on a road trip (only with UHF engaged, of course; hands off the phone otherwise!).

I went with the Apple charger and ran the cable to one of the USB-C ports in the center console. The cord is unobtrusive and the charger works great. The mount fits well and is also super easy to remove and throw in the center console on short trips when you don't need it. You do have to reach around your phone slightly to grab a drink from one of the cupholders, but it's not a big deal.
